About us
The majority of the conflicts that currently paralyzes organizations, damage relationships and lead to acts of violence are rooted in our inability to deal with disagreements. We help people and organizations to capitalize on the energy generated by these disagreements. While we are convinced that all people can learn to handle most of their conflicts on their own, we are also convinced that this requires practice. Today's education gives young people and adults inadequate relationships- and conflict transformation skills and the implications of this can be seen around the world.

With this as background, we, through this website, provide:
• A comprehensive toolbox with texts, manuals and exercises (without copyright) that you can use as you wish, in your personal life or professional work.
• Customized workshops for your organization, your business or school.
• A meeting place for those engaged in the above mentioned issues, where you can expand your network, participate in interesting discussions and exchange ideas and knowledge
This site was created by the generous support of people from around the world and we wish you much joy in exploring it.
I have worked with non-violent conflict management and diversity since 2004. My constant challenge of my job is to see how we as people, organizations and communities build walls around ourselves. To see how we divide the world into a "we" and "them", the "included" and "excluded", the "right" and "wrong".
My first job was in a large hotel in Gothenburg. We who worked there came from all levels of society, different in age, sex, sexual orientation, functionality, personality, experience, interests and so on. We had one common denominator and that was our job and to give our customers the best possible service, which we did! We managed this because we were able to use our differences, in particular for problem solvning (related to heating, bomb threats, sour milk, weary days ..) and when happiness was great over good results and strong friendships. The job taught me the importance of diversity. It hurts when we clash, but it is mostly resolvable.
